WHK was responsible for traffic concurrency efforts, site planning, civil engineering, City approvals, off-street roadway improvements and construction observation. The firm prepared a Strategic Traffic Evaluation Plan (STEP) proposing a cost affordable roadway improvement which satisfied traffic concurrency requirements. WHK prepared the construction drawings for the roadway improvement and coordinated a tri-party agreement with an adjacent development funding the effort.
