Walter H. Keller, Inc., has provided a wide variety of consultant services to the Town since 1983. The firm provides both project specific and continuing expertise and "as-needed" outsourcing of technical support. Work efforts have included Development Review Services, Zoning and Land Development Code Assistance, Planning Support Services, Annexation Studies, Traffic and Parking Studies, Comprehensive Planning, Redevelopment, and Civil Engineering Services.
